Our katanas are carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, preserving the centuries-old japanese traditions and techniques of sword.
STEP I: FORGING
The journey begins with the careful selection and folding of steel. Our artisans heat and hammer the blade repeatedly, creating a perfect balance between strength and flexibility.
STEP 2: Heat Treatment
Once forged, the blade is heated and rapidly cooled through a traditional quenching method. This delicate step hardens the edge and gives birth to the legendary hamon
STEP 3: polishing
In the final stage, the blade is polished for hours using natural stones. Every curve, every edge is refined by hand to reveal the sword’s brilliance, its sharpness, and its soul.

A Fully Handmade Process, Made to Order
Nothing here is mass-produced. Every katana is forged on demand, based on your selections: blade type, curvature, tsuba design, tsuka color, custom engraving…
Once your order is confirmed, the blade goes through a meticulous process: shaping, folding, heat-treating, polishing, sharpening, and final assembly—all done by hand.
The entire forging process takes 3 to 4 weeks, because quality and tradition require time and precision.
